What is a Subscription Box?
A subscription box is a recurring delivery that offer consumers unique products that typically center around a theme. It also gives excitement when checking the mail and your box has arrived!
How often will I receive my box?
If you subscribe to the quarterly plan, you will receive a new box every 3 months (A total of 4 boxes a year).

If you choose to buy only one box (to avoid the auto renewal subscription), you will only receive the box you purchased.
When am I charged for the box?
If you chose the quarterly subscription, your card will be charged $39.99 every 3 months on the day you initially purchased the box. (i.e. if you purchased your first box Sept. 15th, your next renewal will be Dec. 15th)
When will my box ship?
Your box will generally ship within one month after payment. We will send an email with tracking information after your box ships!
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes! If you'd rather keep your subscription, but would like to take a break on the auto renewal charge, simply send us an email at and5678linedance@gmail.com and request a pause on your subscription. When a subscription is paused, we temporarily stop collecting payments. Please let us know when you'd like to unpause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, you may contact us via email at and5678linedance@gmail.com and request cancellation OR you can log into your PayPal account and go to settings and cancel your subscription.
What's your return policy?
We do not accept returns on boxes or items included in the subscription boxes. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or missing from your shipment. If an item arrives damaged or is missing from your box, email us at and5678linedance@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
What's your refund policy?
Paid subscriptions are non-refundable. You can always cancel future subscriptions by emailing us at and5678linedance@gmail.com OR you can log into your PayPal account and go to settings and cancel your subscription.
One of my items is damaged/missing. What should I do?
No problem! If an item arrives damaged or is missing from your box, email us at and5678linedance@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Can I buy just one box?
Absolutely! Our boxes make great gifts for couples and we recommend purchasing one for another lovely couple. Or if you'd like to give it a try for you and your babe, this is also a great option!
Are the dances easy?
Of course (smile)!! We understand that everyone has different levels of dancing. To play it safe, the dances are choreographed on a beginner level and we provide a detailed tutorial that makes each dance easy and fun to learn.
What is included in each box?
​Each box is themed and will always contain the following:

A couples t-shirt (for you & your babe)

A private YouTube link that includes a tutorial and dance for you & your babe to learn and dance the night away!
Unfortunately No. All items in the box are packaged as one and we are unable to replace/substitute any unwanted items. We recommend that you re-gift it to a friend or family member.

What are the box themes?
Each box will be a new theme. We prefer that each box theme remains a surprise, but we will provide hints via our website, email and/or social media posts for fun!

We can assure you that we put much thought and consideration in each themed box as our mission is to provide couples with dates that will enhance, restore and/or spark the romance, fun & laughter in a relationship.
Are the dances different from your couples DVD?
Yes! The dance included in each box is definitely more beginner friendly. Each dance is choreographed to popular radio played music.
